About our Training Services
Since 2000, we have been providing specialized training workshops on the key tests related to real estate transactions. Our sessions cover the relevance, reliability, turnaround times, costs, and risks of these tests, equipping professionals with the technical, statistical, health, safety and regulatory knowledge needed to better serve their clients.

Training For the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors
We provide training to the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (AIBQ). Our courses ensure inspectors stay up to date on industry standards, testing protocols, and regulations, allowing them to provide thorough and informed assessments.

Continuing Education for Contractors
Our soil test training and air quality and material test training are validated by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) as part of continuing education for contractors. We cover testing procedures, risk factors, and compliance requirements to help contractors better understand ground conditions before construction, during renovation work or demolishing.
